Depending on order size, production time, and availability, the shipping time may vary from 3 business days to 1 week. 

All ink caps are disinfected via high heat due to their nature of production. However, it is generally recommended to disinfect with a spray or brief soak in 71% Isopropyl Alcohol before use and added assurance.

All caps are counted by hand and checked for quality control before shipping. Despite this, there may be an occasional defective cap in any given batch as we are only human <3 Thank you for your understanding.
